This policy explains how your personal information, including sensitive information such as your health information, is collected and used by our business or through our website. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) to ensure that your information is protected. 1. your guardian or responsible person (if under 18); and
2. other involved healthcare providers, such as allied health professionals, hospitals, specialists and pathology services.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure you are made aware when third parties provide information to us. Additionally, we will not provide your information to third parties without your expressed consent.
If you do not provide us with your personal information when requested, we may not be able to provide our products and services to you.

- to provide you with our products and services, and when necessary provide integrative healthcare ie working with other health care professionals;

- to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that may arise.

- For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
