Welcome to Naturopathy by Rachel Everitt!

Hello! I’m Rachel, naturopath and nutritionist, but first and foremost a wife and mama to two beautiful humans.

I hold a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in naturopathy and have a passion for herbal medicine and nutrition. I strongly believe in preventive care and educate my patients about nutrition and lifestyle choices that empowers them to take control of their own healing and health.

As a holistic practitioner, I look at each patient individually with thorough case taking and the use of functional testing. I specialise in meal planning for specific diets and enjoy being in the kitchen creating recipes to share with patients. I apply an evidence-based approach to practice and incorporating traditional knowledge with the most recent scientific research.

Women’s Health is my jam, I have particular interest in female reproductive health conditions, preconception care, pregnancy and postnatal care, in addition to children’s nutrition, gastrointestinal disorders, sleep disorders, stress, anxiety and depression.

Rachel is amazing! I was suffering from quite bad hormonal acne breakouts, she helped me figure out what the trigger was and we worked on a plan together to fix the problem. I was so happy to see results, relatively quickly! Rachel is so helpful and professional, I couldn't recommend her enough.

I could not recommend Rachel enough. I went to see Rachel when I was having several areas of health concerns and wanted a more holistic approach to address my health problems in October 2019. Rachel took the time to engage, listen and develop specific treatment protocols based on evidence-based research, lab results, her observations and discussions with myself to provide an individualised plan specific to my needs. Over the course of the last 18 months Rachel and I have worked collaboratively on my health concerns and she has always gone above and beyond to help me improve my quality of life and symptom control.
